The presence of fear is a fact of life in this earthly experience of ours. The Truth is that this changing bit by bit, everyday, despite the appearance to the contrary and despite all of the mass media which try to feed fear in the endeavor to sell their products.
Do you say you have no fear?
Think about it for a minute. What is the first sound we learn to make right after being born? If you said, “Cry,” you’re right on the money. Look at the entire birth process in itself. There we are, snug as a bug in a warm proverbial rug... well, in this case, it would be better to say snug as a being in a warm womb, but it doesn’t have that nice rhyme to it. It is the perfect world for our physical well being. It is the right temperature. All of our nutritional needs are met by umbilical cord feeding so we don’t even need to exert ourselves for food. We don’t need to fight for air because the oxygen arrives to us in the right proportions, in the right way. Gravity doesn’t even pull on us because our liquid world sustains us exactly how we need to be.
All is perfect... until we outgrow the environment and then... change starts to happen... and it’s pretty cataclysmic. We feel ourselves being kicked out, shoved down this tight tube, getting squished in the process. However, just when we think it can’t get worse, it gets better; we make it to the end of this tunnel and we pop out.
But, wait, it does get worse. We’ve popped into this world of bright light that pushes onto the outside of our eyelids. Someone grabs us by the ankles and we feel heavy pressure on that part of our body for the first time. They hang us upside down and we feel the blood rushing to our heads and we discover gravity. Then, in a most violent act, we get smacked on our bottoms, creating a vibration that resonates all throughout our little bodies and, for the first time, we feel this explosion of energy that comes out in the form of a strong wail. Our stomach muscles start pumping for the first time in an effort to release the density of that energy created by the smack on our bottoms. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, someone cuts your umbilical cord and, suddenly, your food supply is cut off.
Welcome to planet earth. You just died big time from the world of your mother’s womb in order to be born into the earth experience. That’s describing a natural birth. If you arrived via cesarean section, the entry was even more dramatic.
And we wonder why we’re afraid of death... or change. Inherent in something new is the death of something old. Change is a scary thing, at least on deep subconscious levels of our being.
It is the fear that shuts us down to the conscious awareness of our own Divinity... which is why it is important to release fear to the Divine Light Vibration, even the ones that you haven’t yet realized are in play in your life.
Some forms that fear take are:
•doubt
•straight up fear of physical danger
•fear of change which makes you try to hold on to what you think you know
•anger
•sadness
•anything or any emotion which makes you forget that you are a Divine Spiritual Being, living in the human form, in an infinite Universe created by a Divine Love. this Divine Love is made up of an Infinite Intelligence because It created all things; an Omniscient Wisdom, which knows how to manage all things in the best way possible for all of It’s creation; and an Omnipotent Unconditional Love which is the most powerful thing in existence. It is so Unconditional in Its Love that It will move according to the collective direction based on both your both conscious and unconscious willingness.
Naturally, not all fears are ready to be released because they are still serving you. It is best to only release the fears that no longer serve you.
A friend of mine shared with me one day a proverb from his home country of Serbia: When you’ve been bitten by a snake, you’ll be afraid of worms and even sticks laying on the ground.
I like that proverb because it explains why we might have a fear about something to which we can intellectually say, “Oh, I’m not afraid,” and, yet, still exhibit fear behavior. Fear isn’t intellectual. It’s emotional, it’s vibrational and it can be transformed so you no longer have to live in its prison. Should you choose to do so, naturally.
Here’s how:
•Begin with the Basic Activation of the Divine Light Vibration which is in this section of the website. Once you feel centered and calm, you declare: “The Divine in me releases any outdated fears which no longer serve me to the Divine Light Vibration for transformation into illumination.”
•Rest in that declaration until you feel an expansion. You can repeat this gently until you do feel the sense of expansion. This is similar to the expansion you feel in hearing the ‘Yes’ response of your Divine Soul, also in this section of the website.
•Once you feel the expansion has been completed, which is a signal of the release of any outdated fears, declare: “I am filled with Divine Light,” and then fill yourself full once again as you did in the beginning of the basic activation. Alchemically, what you are doing is replacing that old density of the fear vibration with a more refined vibration of the Divine Light to aid yourself in the transition out of an old habit pattern of fear, into a new habit pattern towards illumination.
If you feel like it, you can also use one of the recorded guided meditations if you want to be talked through it.
Still, to this day, I release any outdated fears I might have to the vibration of Divine Light for transformation into illumination. I do it every day as an inherent part of my meditation, just in case I’ve subconsciously invented new ones, because I know it is only fear which can inhibit my discovery of new personal frontiers in this unlimited world of ours.
Each person who releases any fears they have to the Divine Light Vibration for transformation into illumination is directly contributing to the general transformation of the world. Despite the appearances, we are collectively moving from a state of fear to one of collective awareness of the Divinity of all of existence, including each individual person. So, not only are you doing good for yourself in releasing fears, you are also assisting all of humanity in its ascension to a new way of living and being.
