I call it “Divine Light” because I have actually seen the world in its Light form as an adult.  I used to see it that way all the time as a child and thought it was ‘normal’ until the adults around me starting freaking out.  I learned pretty quickly to shut my mouth and pretend the world was the way they told me it was.  It wasn’t long before I began to believe their world view was the only world view. 

Then, I started waking back up.  I talk about it in an entry entitled “Divine Light is Equally Everywhere Present” under the Opening Your Mind section of the website.

I have also assisted others in seeing the world around them in its Light form so I know I am not crazy and it's not my imagination playing tricks on me.   I even put the exercise in the entry, ‘Giving and Receiving is a Two Way Street’ so you can see for yourself with a partner.  When I did this with a Reiki practitioner and he saw everything in its Divine Light form for the first time, his reaction was one of wonder and he exclaimed, “It all makes so much sense now!”  By the way, you can do it by yourself; it is just easier with a partner.

I like the term Divine Light because it is gender neutral and not attached to any one religious box so it doesn't carry any potential heavy baggage with it.  If you have no heavy baggage in that area, call it whatever your religion calls the creation substance that is equally everywhere present and made up of an Infinite Intelligence, that knows all things and knows no boundaries; an Omniscient Wisdom, that knows the essence of all creation and how to manage it; and an Unconditional Omnipotent Love, which has no power above It, no judgements inherent in It and which created all things.  I call it Divine Light because I have not found a universally acceptable term for grandeur such as this: an infinite Love so unconditional, It allows us to co-create at will, even if our creation is ultimately damaging to us.
