Good question.  It’s geared for both, providing they are ready to take their present state of consciousness and personal self awareness to the next level, regardless of how much experience they have.  The fact of the matter is, the Divine Soul of each and every person on the planet already knows these Principles in the core of their Being.  It’s just a question of us remembering... not  in our heads, however, but in our hearts.  In addition, each and every Divine Soul is equipped and ready to assist us in making leaps along our ascension spiral of spiritual understanding.

I was guided to present the material in fragments for two reasons that I can discern at this point.

1. 1. It mirrors how life is made up of ‘fragments’ of consciousness which come together to create a larger fragment, which come together with other larger fragments to create, and so on.  There is no separation as these fragments are drawn together by their vibrational pull, or push, on each other.  This is also how we learn: in bits and pieces, which come together to create a body of knowledge.  Those who are wise, know that they will never know everything about a body of knowledge so continue in their focus of learning.  They also will not be afraid if a new piece of information comes in which seemingly turns upside down that which they thought they knew.  This happens to me all the time.  Once I digest the new information and ask to be shown on a practical level what it means, the illumination comes... and the growth continues. After a while, you get used to it and just delight in the knowing that the new information will always give you a bigger sense of freedom and inner happiness.
   

2. 2.For those who are already Light practitioners, if they allow their Divine Souls to guide them on how to apply the Principles contained in the Divine Vibration lessons, they will be able to take their work to new levels, rather then stay with what they have known up until now. We are moving away from polarity thinking (from which most of the current Light work has been born) and, by applying the Principles of Divine Vibrations, they will create new ways of doing the old work.
   

Whether one has recognized it yet or not, we are living through times of tremendous change as the collective consciousness makes a leap in evolution.  There is a very real ascension Vibration present and active on the earth today.  For those already working with the Divine Light of Unconditional Love, they know it’s very concrete and are able to sense it as something palpable.  There has never been a time like this in our recent history where even individuals who have never paid much attention to spiritual things are being called from within to ‘wake up’.

Consciously applying the Principles on a daily basis is a way to release the old paradigms, cooperate with this tremendous ‘force’ of the Ascension Vibration and move onwards into the new, no matter what your current state of illumination (or lack thereof!).
