People often ask me, “How do you know all of this?”  It's an especially powerful question if they ask right after having experienced a fairly dramatic healing and transformation. 

“I asked to know,” I laugh.  “And, then, I shut up long enough to hear the answer.” 

Once I hear the answer, there is always the process of testing it out to see how it ‘holds water’... or, in this case, life.  Sometimes the experiences through which I learn how to live the information are tough ones.  So be it.  It has always, without a doubt, been worth it once I have moved through it and have taken the lesson on board.  Once I do, it’s hard to remember what it was like to not have the freedom which follows.

As Jesus, my favorite teacher of all time (although I have learned much from others) said, “Ask and you shall receive.”

To be precise, I asked (and still do every day) to be illuminated on the how's and why's of every aspect of this earth experience... and beyond.

My journey to remembering the Divinity of who we all are began because I wanted the answers to two questions:

1. 1.Why is it?
   

2. 2.How does it work?
   

As a child, this innate curiosity manifested itself in wanting to be the one to put together the Christmas toys which had been wrapped under the tree.  I loved opening the box, collecting all the pieces, laying them out around me, and then work out how they all fit together.  That still hasn't changed.  Its just that, now, I love opening the box of the Universe, collecting the pieces of information I am given and then see how they all fit together.  It's an ongoing process.  The more I discover, the more my curiosity grows.

I also loved astral traveling as a child and seeing the world in its Divine Light form where people, trees, cars, everything radiated Light.  Bit by bit, I learned that  “you’re not supposed to do that” so I just kept it inside like a deep dark secret.  Soon, it simply got conditioned out of me.  I'm not alone in this.  I've seen the same thing done today, that was done to me so many years ago, where grammar school children are taught to draw what they are expected to see and not what they actually see.  Welcome to Planet Earth, where we're also taught to be who we are expected to be and not the Divinity of who we really are.

At one point, I finished my experience of trying to fit into the religious box proposed by others.  In my search for my 'right box' which reflected a system of belief that resonated from within, I encountered many religious leaders and teachers of all faiths who tried to convince me that the astral traveling and other experiences I remembered from my childhood were either just a dream or, when I got older, a part of that 'new age mumbo jumbo'.  Although the New Age groups I encountered and studied with embraced the astral traveling, as well as other memories I had stored within my psyche, sooner or later I noticed that they each had their own distinct tendency towards creating their own personal group dogma.  For some, their dogma was born out of an effort to define the group's value by claiming a special approach to the containment and use of infinity and Unconditional Love.  For others, the dogma was created by the leader's desire to be 'head honcho'.  Human power games, power games, power games.

You can't contain infinity, by the way.  It grows at a faster rate than your brain can perceive.

You can only endeavor to try to understand more than you have understood before, keeping in mind that you will never understand it all, especially while in the human form.  The only way you can really understand something is to know it both inside and out.  Well, we can know infinity somewhat from the inside because we are in it; we can't know it from the outside because, well, we are inside of it.  Once I made peace with that, the information started pouring in.

I was actually given the keys to opening the door to the awareness of Unconditional Love and Pure Consciousness, where all things are possible and not governed by the limits of three dimensional thinking.  I write about the first time I saw (as an adult) the world in its Divine Light form in the entry entitled “Divine Light is Equally Everywhere Present” under the Opening Your Mind section of the website.  At the time, I thought, “It can't be that simple,” and proceeded to go around the mulberry bush and then around my derriere to get to my elbow, as the sayings go (more or less), in order to make the simplicity of it fit my world concept which said, “Life was difficult and emotionally treacherous.”

That was twenty five years ago.

My curiosity has taken me to read copiously in the areas of human psychology... comparative religions in order to look beyond the dogma and discover the spiritual essence of their message (when you get beyond the dogma, by the way, they’re all remarkably similar)... quantum mechanics...  human biology... to read about and try out more spiritual disciplines than I can even remember... and to read the Bible cover to cover numerous times, as well as endlessly study the words in the New Testament, not with the intent of memorizing passages so I could convert people to my point of view but, rather, with the intent to endeavor to understand the alchemy of those teachings.  I wanted to know how the Big Guy did what He did.  After all, He was the one who said (loosely quoted because it depends on which translation you are reading) “The things I do, you can do.”  “Okay,” I thought, “I believe He did them.  I believe in Him.  So, how did He do all those miracles?” 

After all of that, I have come full circle back to understanding that the Principle of activating the vibration of Infinite Divine Love where all things are possible is, indeed, simple.  The difficulty arose not in the keys but, rather, with me, in not being willing to accept its simplicity.  Because I didn’t accept it, I used my natural creative abilities to create situations which fit my belief system.  In other words, I became adept at creating difficult and emotionally treacherous situations.  I'm finding this to be a very common trait in all of the clients I have worked with along the way; their habitual tendency is to create situations which validate their belief systems.

The lessons on DIVINE LIGHT VIBRATIONS are designed to help you move out of the limitations of your past and step into a world of conscious awareness, which will bring you more joy, peace, fulfillment and happiness than any car, job, house, relationship or 'thing' could ever bring you.  As you go through them, listen to what resonates within you as true.  If you've been working and playing in the world of your spiritual awareness for a while, try to recognize your Truths on deeper levels than before, instead of intellectually saying, “Yeah, yeah, I know that.”  There are literally worlds between knowing something intellectually and recognizing it from the center to circumference of your being.  The learning never stops. 

That 'recognition of truth' that you feel is your Divine Soul speaking to you.  Your Divine Soul, which is directly connected on the deepest level to the original Source of Creation, knows you better than anyone else and is ever patiently guiding you along the way.   You know what’s really neat about that?  It lives right next door to your intellect in your heart of hearts.  You’ve been neighbors all along.
